Welcome to The Ambition Farm. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations and Payments
a. Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or via phone call.

A valid credit/debit card or advance bank payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment or a booking deposit may be required, depending on the event type or stay package chosen.
b. Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash.

All transactions must be completed in INR (₹), unless otherwise agreed.
c. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must align with the policy communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The Ambition Farm reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee as outlined during booking confirmation.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
a. Check-In

Check-in time is from 1:00 PM onward.

Early check-in is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
b. Check-Out

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out may incur additional charges and must be approved by the property in advance.
3. Guest Responsibilities
a. Respect for Property

Guests are requested to respect the premises, rooms, decor, and all facilities provided.

Damages caused to property, rooms, furniture, or fixtures will be charged as per the extent of damage.
b. Conduct

The Ambition Farm is a serene and nature-focused getaway. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
c. Use of Facilities

All facilities, including lawns, gardens, swimming pool, and outdoor areas, must be used responsibly.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
4. Dining and Meals
a. Timings

Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

High Tea: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Meals will be served in designated dining areas unless prior arrangements are made.
b. Dietary Requirements

Guests with dietary restrictions or preferences should inform us at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
5. Sustainability and Environmental Practices
a. Eco-Conscious Hospitality

At The Ambition Farm, we are deeply committed to sustainability. Guests are encouraged to support eco-practices like avoiding plastic use, conserving water, and limiting energy waste.
b. Farm-to-Table Experience

Our meals often include produce grown on our farm. Guests are welcome to visit and experience the farm, accompanied by our team for safety.
6. Liability
a. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We do not accept liability for loss or theft. Please secure valuables in your rooms.
b. Limit of Liability

The Ambition Farm will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay, except where directly caused by gross negligence of our team.
7. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, health emergencies, strikes, or other unexpected events beyond our control, The Ambition Farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings without penalty.
8. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to amend services, modify bookings, and update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Guests will be notified of any significant changes where possible.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
