
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At The Ambition Farm, we understand that plans may shift, and we're committed to working with our guests to provide flexible and transparent booking policies. Please take a moment to review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below:
1. Reservation Deposit
To secure your booking at The Ambition Farm, a 50% advance deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation.
2. Full Payment
Full payment must be completed 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations Made 46 Days or More Before Arrival

Guests who cancel 46 days or more in advance will receive a full refund, minus any applicable bank or transaction fees.
b. Cancellations Made 45 Days or Less Before Arrival

If the reservation is canceled within 45 days of the check-in date, 100% of the payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refund will be issued.
4. No-Show Policy

In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be processed.
5. Changes to Your Reservation

Changes in booking dates, number of guests, or duration of stay are subject to availability and may be chargeable depending on the revised schedule. Please contact us in advance to request any modifications.
6. Force Majeure

In the rare case of unforeseen events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions—we will do our best to reschedule your stay or offer a refund, based on the specifics of the situation.
Refund Timeline: Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
